Many would think that the landscape of institutional work is one that does not often change, this is a misconception. The process of developing and implementing jail and prison programs is one that is ever changing as to better the process as a whole. Working in these environments can be difficult because of the inmates, but also because of current employees that appreciate a previous way of completing tasks.
